Welcome to page of IAAF Accredited Training Centre in Kaunas.

Kaunas is in the middle of Lithuania, in wonderful place, near two biggest Lithuanian`s rivers, Neris and Nemunas, confluence. Here is "Kauno lagoon" too. From this city you can travel very comfortable everywhere in Lithuania and Europe.

Kaunas ATC is created in strategic position. Near is city`s center, old town and beautiful park, adapted for training. ATC has close relations with Lithuanian Academy of Physical Culture, where you can study many attractive speciality. Sientific laboratory work is developed here.

Besides, we want to remind you, that Lithuanian Athletics has many winnings and stride in international athletics arenas : R.Ubartas - Olympic champion (discus), K.Šapka - European champion (high jump), L.Baikauskaitė - Olympic vice champion (1500 m.), N.Sabaitė - Razienė - Olympic vice champion (800 m.), R. Valiulis - Olympic champion (4x 400m.), A. Ambazienė - World record and silver medal winner (400b/b), V.Bardauskienė - the first women who overpass 7 m. line, European champion (long jump), B.Kaliedienė - World record-breaker and bronze medal winner (javelin throw), A. Skujytė - Olympic vice champion (heptathlon), V.Alekna – twice Olympic and twice World champion (discus).

From these results we can decide that Lithuanian Athletics is beloved, understandable, has good traditions and here are working good and open - hearted specialists, who are always prepared to help and advice for you.
